EDISON LAB
Edison Lab is for musicians (instrumentalists, composers, and singers welcome!) who are students, amateurs, and professionals. Taking a cue from Thomas Edison’s Laboratory where engineers and laypeople were given materials to invent and explore with, the bi-monthly gatherings will provide an open and safe space for musicians to experiment and include activities such as improvisation, composition, singing, sessions on artist-citizenship, and more led by Hyeyung Sol Yoon and guest artists.
PERFORMANCE CLASS
Performance Class is for violinists (students, amateurs, and professionals) of all levels to share and perform their finished works and works-in-progress in a safe and warm environment. The participants will gain experience performing for others as well receive helpful and constructive comments from Hyeyung Sol Yoon and other participants.
VIOLIN LESSON
Private one-to-one violin lessons are offered for student, amateur, and professional violinists who are at intermediate to advance levels as well as professional non-violin musicians (composers, wind players, singers, etc.) wanting to learn how to play the violin at a beginner level.
